Living a healthy, holistic lifestyle with cannabis isn’t about getting baked—it’s about getting balanced. So, if you are serious about using the herb to improve your health, it is time to reconsider the lazy stoner stereotype.
Whole-body wellness can require broad lifestyle changes. And as it turns out, cannabis and exercise can go hand-in-hand.
Yet countless thousands have died or are enduring painful deaths while being denied access to plant-based medications. Medications that could not only mitigate their misery, but also possibly even cure their illness.
It doesn’t have to be that way.
Two of the most repeated statements from the government and media regarding Canada’s upcoming legalization of cannabis are “we need to protect the youth” and “cannabis harms the developing brain”. Unfortunately, these vague and misleading allegations have less to do with fact than with fear mongering.
And let’s be real. If the government truly cared enough to direct their efforts and focus on protecting youth, it would be restricting and limiting access to fast and processed foods, sugar, caffeinated products, alcohol, tobacco, and pharmaceuticals.
